The availability is 100% when the gateway appliance is responding to a request and 0% when it is not. Availability problems may be caused by a misconfiguration/malfunctioning of the gateway appliance, or if the gateway appliance has not been started.

Indicates the time taken by the gateway appliance to respond to a request. |
Seconds |
A sudden increase in response time is indicative of bottleneck at the monitored gateway appliance.
