Citrix Reports - Usage Details Report

In order to enable Citrix administrators to easily and effectively monitor the resource usage of Citrix users on a Citrix server, the eG suite offers the Usage Details Report. To access this page, select the USAGE DETAILS option from the CITRIX menu. To generate reports pertaining to a particular Citrix user, do the following:

  1. Select the Citrix Farm to be monitored from the Farm list box.

  2. The components that belong to the chosen Farm, will then appear in the Component list. Select the Citrix server to be monitored from this list.

  3. From the list of Citrix users displayed in the User list box, select the user who needs to be monitored.

  4. Provide a Timeline for the report.

  5. Finally, click on the SUBMIT button to generate the reports.

  6. By default, the reports indicating the selected user's resource consumption will be displayed.

  7. To view the USER LOGINS report corresponding to the specified user, click on the LOGIN INFO button in this page.

  8. To expand the displayed report(s), click on it.

  9. To save the report as a PDF document, click on the SAVE button.
  10. To print the report, click on the PRINT button at the right top corner of the page. Upon clicking, you will be able to preview the reports in a separate window. This will be followed by the Print dialog box using which the printer settings can be defined and the reports can be printed.
  11. To mail the report, click on the MAIL button at the right top corner of the page.
  12. The eG system also facilitates reusability of the report conditions. The given report conditions can be saved for future use using the FAVORITES button at the right top corner of the page.
  13. To schedule the printing/mailing of the report, click on the SCHEDULES button at the right top corner of the page.
