Measures reported by CitraTest The eG suite provides out-of-the-box integration with two client emulators, namely, CitraTest and QA Wizard. Client emulators are performance testing tools that build a typical user request (to a service) by accurately recording every click, keystroke, and image in a script, and execute the script to capture the availability and response time measures. The novel user-emulation techniques of the client emulators complement eG's proactive monitoring and alerting capabilities, and provides customers with a powerful solution that can instantaneously report the availability and response time for critical IT services. The CitraTest measures the availability and responsiveness of a service using a client emulator named CitraTest.

| Availability
Whether the application/page that is being accessed by the script is available or not
Percent
This relates to the availability of the page, i.e whether a page has downloaded successfully or not. In Windows Applications, this relates to whether the step has executed properly or not. It is expressed in terms of percentage (%) - 100%,if the download is a success, and 0% if not. The CitraTest tool also reports measures for a _Total step, which indicates whether all the steps in the script are available or not. In this case, even if 1 step fails, the total availability is 0 %.
| Response_time
| The time taken by the application/page that is being accessed by the script, to download.
Secs
This relates to the time taken for the page to download or the step to execute. If the total availability is 0 %, then the response time is set as 'unknown'.
