Measures reported by PsCPUTest

One of the probable reasons for the poor performance of the target PacketShaper load balancer is the excessive CPU usage. Administrators should hence continuously track how well the target load balancer utilizes CPU resources, so that abnormal usage patterns can be proactively detected and corrected to ensure peak performance of the target load balancer. This CPU usage check can be performed using the PsCPUTest test. At configured frequencies, this test monitors the CPU usage levels of the load balancer sand reports excessive usage (if any).
