This test reports the number of transactions and sessions that are currently open in the database. Using this test, you can figure out the time that elapsed for an open transaction.

An abnormally high value of this measure may lead to slowdown of the vCloud Director cell thus causing performance issues. |

Indicates the time that elapsed when transactions were open in the database. |

A slowdown is detected if the value of this measure is abnormally high. |
