eG Monitoring

List of Transactions

When a user clicks on a site in SERVICE LIST page, he/she views the transactions configured for the site, the current state of these transactions, and the measurements related to that transaction.

Following conventional management practices, the eG Enterprise system displays states in red to indicate critical problems. Green is used to indicate good health, while blue is used to indicate an unknown state. Besides the above, orange is used to indicate major problems, and pink to indicate minor ones.

To determine why a specific transaction is having a problem, the user can click on the specific transaction. The next level of drill-down provides the user with a display of the site topology, indicating the states of the different components that work in unison to support the web site under consideration.

Also, clicking on the Configure Transactions button in this page will allow users to configure new transactions, and modify/delete existing ones.

Note:

The option to configure transactions using the eG monitor interface will not be available in a redundant manager setup.
