Downloading the eG agent

This page helps you to download the appropriate eG agent that captures the step by step emulation of the user logging into the Citrix farm/VMware environment and launching an application/desktop.

To download the eG agent, click on the appropriate version of eG agent. For example, if you are using a Windows 8 (64-bit operating system) system, then, click on the x64 Windows 8.x/2012 agent.
