Default
Parameters for SilverStreamTest
This page depicts the
default parameters that need to be configured for the SilverStreamTest.
-
The
ROOTPATH text box, indicates where the SilverStream server has
been installed.
-
The
ISAUTHENTICATED text box, indicates whether the server is
running in an authenticated mode or not. The values to be provided are
Y (for Yes) or N (for No).
-
If
the SilverStream server is running in an authenticated mode, then the
user name should be specified in the USER text box.
-
If
the SilverStream server is running in an authenticated mode, then the
password corresponding to the above user name should be supplied in
the PASSWORD text box.
-
Confirm
the password by retyping it in the CONFIRM PASSWORD text
box.
-
The
port number on
which the application server is listening for administrative purposes
should be provided in the ADMINPORT text box.
When changing default configurations of tests, the values with "$" indicate variables that will be replaced by the eG system according to the specific server being managed - for instance, $hostName is the host/nickname of the target host, $port is the port number of the server being monitored. E.g., for a server xyz:80, $hostName will be changed automatically by the eG manager to "xyz" and $port will be changed to "80" when configuring a test.
