For each desktop type in a farm, the FarmDesktopsTest reports the number of desktops of that type managed by the DDC, and monitors how effectively these desktops have been utilized. This page depicts the default parameters that need to be configured for the FarmDesktopsTest.

• The TEST PERIOD list box helps the user to decide how often this test needs to be executed. 

• By default, the IS XENFARM SERVER flag is set to Yes indicating that, by default, the server being monitored is a farm server - i.e., the master in a farm. This test will not work if this flag is set to 'No'.

• If multiple components of the same component type are awaiting configuration, then an APPLY TO OTHER COMPONENTS check box will appear in this page. Clicking on this check box will allow you to apply the configuration to all/selected components of that type.

• Once the above value is provided, click on the UPDATE button to register the changes made.
