User Zone/ Service / Segment / Component Information One of the key features of the eG Enterprise suite is its ability to provide personalized views of the monitored environment for individual users. Each user can be associated with a view, which defines the segments, services, zones, and components that the user has access to monitor. This page lists the users registered with the eG manager. Details specifying each user's view - i.e., the zones, services, segments and the components included in the user's view - are provided here. Clicking on a particular service, segment, or zone listed here will lead the administrator to the corresponding service, segment, or zone configuration page (as the case may be). If all configured segments, services, and/or zones are assigned to a user, then the Segments, Services, and Zones list of such a user will display, all segments, all services, and all zones, respectively. Clicking on the all . . . link will lead the administrator to the page that list the names of all configured segments, services, and/or zones, respectively. Similarly, clicking on a Component listed here will lead the administrator to the ADD/MODIFY page of the corresponding component-type. The cell depicted next to the user's name is an indicator of the validity of the user's subscription to the eG service. The absence of charge on a cell indicates that the corresponding user's subscription has expired. The exact date of expiry of the user subscription will accompany the user name. To access this page, follow the menu sequence: Configure -> User Management -> User Information -> Details. This page will also appear when a bar in the USER SUMMARY section of the Admin Home page is clicked. The profile of a user can be modified by using the Change Profile button that is present beside the entry for this user. The Back button enables the administrator to go back to the previous screen.
