List of Quick Maintenance Policies
To access this page, click on the icon available in the Admin tab. Then, select the Maintenance Policies option in the Alerts tile. If maintenance policies pre-exist, then this page will reveal the list of maintenance policies, a summary of the policy specifications, and the components/hosts/descriptors/tests associated with each policy.
To modify a policy, move your mouse pointer over the policy to be edited in the Maintenance Policies page. This will reveal a Modify Policy icon and a Delete icon. To modify that policy, click on the Modify Policy icon ( ) near the policy name. The date and time specifications that correspond to the selected policy will then be displayed in the list box. You can add a new entry or delete existing entries from the chosen policy. To delete a particular entry, click on the Delete Policy icon ( ) near the policy name. A confirmation dialog box appears, click Yes to delete the policy. You can use the scroll bar provided by the side of the list to view all the entries for the selected policy. New entries can also be added to the chosen policy. Similarly, you can associate the policy with more elements or disassociate it from any of the existing elements.
If you do not want to view the list of elements to which a policy applies, then simply uncheck the Associated Elements check box at the top of the Maintenance Policies page. To allow you to quickly search for associated element(s), a Search text box has been included where you can specify the whole/part of the associated element(s). The results of your search will be displayed as and when you type the search string in the Search text box.
