Configuration of ProxClusDetTest To ascertain the needs of the infrastructure and to determine whether/not additional resources need to be added to the Proxmox Cluster to handle their current and anticipated load, administrators should keep track on the available resources on the cluster. This visibility is provided through the ProxClusDetTest. This test reports the count of nodes, VMs, users and groups available in the Proxmox Cluster. In the process, this test also pinpoints those VMs/containers that are currently running and stopped and the nodes that are currently online and offline. The default parameters associated with this test are:
When changing the configuration for specific servers, a “*” beside the text box corresponding to the parameter signifies that these values have to be manually configured by the user. The parameter values that require to be configured will typically be prefixed with a “$” or contain a series of “*”. A value of “none” in the parameter value indicates that the corresponding parameter value can be changed if required. |
