INFRASTRUCTURE - MICROSOFT O365 TENANTS In any cloud-hosted service, service disruptions, downtime and slow connectivity issues are bound to affect business continuity and Office 365 administrators require actionable insight to proactively alert them when performance starts to degrade and to help them resolve problems quickly. Though the Office 365 dashboard helps administrators in this regard, they may still be interested in viewing the service disruptions, downtime, and connectivity issues relevant to one/more domains in the target environment alone. To help administrators in this regard, eG Enterprise allows administrators configure Tenants from the eG administrative interface. By default, if service-level Microsoft O365 components (Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft O365 etc) are monitored in the target environment, then, the Tenant i.e., the Nick name assigned to the whole bunch of O365 products will be discovered and displayed in the Microsoft O365 Tenants page of the eG administrative interface. If the administrators wish to create a new tenant for which they wish to view the Microsoft O365 dashboard and the reports pertaining to the Microsoft O365 components, then, they are allowed to configure the tenants of their choice from the eG administrative interface.
