SuperManager Settings

This page appears when you click the SuperManager Settings node of the MANAGER SETTINGS tree that appears when you click the Manager option from the Settings tile of the eG administratice interface.

To enable an eG manager to communicate with an eG SuperManager, administrators had to configure:

• the details of the eG manager should be configured in the eG SuperManager and
• the details of the eG SuperManager should be configured in every manager reporting to it.

To simplify the registration of the eG SuperManager, administrators can use this page.

Setting the Allow auto registration from eG SuperManager flag to Yes will automatically enable the eG SuperManager to register with the eG manager reporting to it. Once the eG SuperManager automatically registers with the eG manager, the details of the eG SuperManager will be automatically populated in the SUPERMANAGER - ADD/DELETE page (Admin -> Miscellaneous -> SuperManager Settings) of the eG manager. By default, this flag is set to No.
