An increasing value indicates a bottleneck on the server. This may
arise due to one of the following reasons: 1.The server might be
running out of resources.
2. The server may be overloaded with requests.
3. Some problem with the available bandwidth on the network.

Indicates the
rate at which errors or exceptions are occurring in the servlets. |

A high rate of errors might occur due to too many requests on the
application or there might be a bottleneck on the application.
