Use this test to track event failures that occurred on the target VMware Horizon Identity Manager/VMware Horizon Workspace One Access. By analyzing the event logs of the target VMware Horizon Identity Manager/VMware Horizon Workspace One Access, this test alerts you to failures and errors such as directory logon and launch failure, sync failure, password lockouts, TLS failed connections, etc. Using this test, you can easily figure out which type of failure has frequently been noticed on the target VMware Horizon Identity Manager/VMware Horizon Workspace One Access - is it Launch failures? or Login failures? or Directory sync failures? or IDP discovery failures? or any other unexpected failures? and can initiate troubleshooting of the failures at the earliest.

Launch_error	Indicates the number of times desktops/applications failed to launch the session during the last measurement period. Login_error	Indicates the number of times user logins failed while launching the desktop/application during the last measurement period. Drctry_sync_failr	Indicates the number of times Directory sync failures occurred during the last measurement period.	Number	Directory sync failure indicates that Active directory which is connected with VMware Horizon Identity Manager/VMware Horizon Workspace One Access has failed to sync with the VMware Horizon Identity Manager/VMware Horizon Workspace One Access. To resolve Directory sync failures, administrators need to increase the Safeguards (in the Sync Safeguard Settings) to 100% and then perform a manual sync. IDP_discovery_failr	Indicates the number of Identity Provider(IdP) discovery failed during the last measurement period. Connector_unreachable	Indicates the number of times the connector for all authentication methods and integrations with Horizon and Citrix was unreachable during the last measurement period. Password_lockedout	Indicates the number of times password lockouts occurred during the last measurement period.	Number	The detailed diagnosis of this measure lists the Launch time, user who launched the desktop/application, source IP, Device type, name of the application, resource type and the reason for failure.
Password_reset	Indicates the number of times password resets failed during the last measurement period.	Number	The detailed diagnosis of this measure lists the Launch time, user who launched the desktop/application, source IP, Device type, name of the application, resource type and the reason for failure.
Redirect_denied	Indicates the number of times redirections were denied during the last measurement period.	Number	The detailed diagnosis of this measure lists the Launch time, user who launched the desktop/application, source IP, Device type, name of the application, resource type and the reason for failure.
TLS_conn_failed	Indicates the number of TLS connection failures occurred during the last measurement period. TLS_conn_dropped	Indicates the number of times TLS connection drops were captured during the last measurement period. Other_failed_events	Indicates the number of other unexpected failures that were captured during the last measurement period.
