Use this test to track event failures that occurred on the target VMware Horizon Identity Manager/VMware Horizon Workspace One Access. By analyzing the event logs of the target VMware Horizon Identity Manager/VMware Horizon Workspace One Access, this test alerts you to failures and errors such as directory logon and launch failure, sync failure, password lockouts, TLS failed connections, etc. Using this test, you can easily figure out which type of failure has frequently been noticed on the target VMware Horizon Identity Manager/VMware Horizon Workspace One Access - is it Launch failures? or Login failures? or Directory sync failures? or IDP discovery failures? or any other unexpected failures? and can initiate troubleshooting of the failures at the earliest.
