Measures reported by MTMUsersDetails
Enterprises typically use Microsoft Teams as a communication platform among their users. The success of using Microsoft Teams hinges on the level of user satisfaction. The key to ensuring high user satisfaction lies in closely tracking the level of user activity on Microsoft Teams and analyze the
pattern with which the users are communicating. This will ensure administrators determine the device type through which each user is logging into Microsoft Teams, and how well each user is using the functions (calls, meetings, private chat messages etc) offered by Microsoft Teams. By constantly monitoring the user activity, administrators can instantly detect slowness if any, when users are accessing Microsoft Teams using a particular device type, isolate which user's experience is being impacted by the slowness, well before that user notices! This can be achieved using the MTMUsersDetails test!
Using this test, for each user logged into Microsoft Teams, administrators can figure out whether/not the user logged in using the following device types-web/android phone/windows/phone/iOS/Mac notebook. The activity of each user such as the calls, meetings and private chat messages can be tracked and reported. These metrics help administrators figure out whether/not Microsoft Teams was actively used in the organization by each user, analyze the user experience and ascertain the productivity of each user.
Outputs of the test : One set of results for each user logged into the target Microsoft Teams being monitored.
