Measures reported by CtxXcXABrowserTest When multiple users connect to a Citrix XenApp server/server farm and access a wide variety of applications, the server resources too may be shared across all the users. In such cases, excessive resource utilization by a single user could impact the performance for other users. Sometimes, excessive resource utilization may be due to the browser instances that were accessed by the users. In order to minimize the resource utilization of the user, it is important to monitor the resource utilization of the browsers accessed by the users and figure out the browser that is consuming the maximum amount of resources. The CtxXcXABrowserTest test helps administrators in this regard! This test auto-discovers the browsers accessed by each user connected to a Citrix XenApp server/server farm, and for each browser, reports the number of sessions initiated and the number of processes running. This test also reports the resource utilization of each browser. Using this test, administrators can figure out the browser that is responsible for excessive resource utilization of a user.
