LIST OF BOOKLETS

This page appears when the View Booklets option is clicked from the Reporter tile of the eG Reporter interface. In large MSP environments, administrators may often want to view different types of reports generated by the eG Enterprise System. For such administrators, eG Enterprise provides an option to combine key reports of their choice and save them to a single booklet. This page provides the complete list of booklets. Clicking on a BOOKLET NAME in this page will automatically open the REPORTS IN BOOKLET pop up window, wherein you can view all the reports that are contained within the booklet.

By default, in the REPORTS IN BOOKLET pop up window, the Booklet Name, Description and the No. of Reports filed will be automatically populated along with the list of individual reports that are contained within the booklet. If you wish to delete a generated report from the booklet, you can do so by selecting the check box available before the report and click the icon. If you wish to delete all the reports available in the booklet, then, you can do so by selecting the check box in front of the REPORT NAME label and click the icon. If you wish to view the reports in the booklet in the order of your choice, then you can even rearrange the reports by a simple drag and drop. Clicking the Bind Reports button will combine all the reports added to the booklet and generate a combined report as a booklet i.e., as a single PDF file.

Against every BOOKLET NAME, it displays the description of the booklet, the number of reports in the booklet and the status of the booklet. If the combined report is generated, then the STATUS will be reported as Generated. If the booklet is not generated, then the STATUS will be reported as Not Generated. To generate the booklet, then you need to click the icon. If the booklet is already generated, then the icon would indicate the same. You can download the booklet as a PDF by clicking the icon available against each booklet. You can even schedule the generated booklet to be mailed/printed automatically using the icon. To know how to schedule the generation of the booklet, click here. To delete a booklet, you can do so by clicking the icon available against the booklet. If you wish to delete all the booklets created in your environment, then, you can select the check box against the BOOKLET NAME label and click the icon. To search for a booklet of your choice, you can use the Search Booklet text box.

In the LIST OF BOOKLETS page, if the number of existing booklets crosses 15, then the list of booklets will be split across pages. Also, a Page text box will be available at the bottom of every page. To go to a particular page, specify the page number in the text box and click on the adjoining button.
