For each vCloud organization, this test reports the number and names of tasks that completed successfully and failed, reveals the tasks that are taking too long to complete, and turns the spotlight on the outstanding tasks.

No_of_failures	Indicates the number of tasks that failed to execute during the last measurement period.	Number	Ideally, this value should be low. Failure_pct	Indicates the percentage of tasks that failed to execute.	Percentage	Ideally, this value should be low. A high value could warrant an investigation into the reason for the consistent failure of tasks.
Avg_time	Indicates the average time taken by the tasks to complete the execution in this organization.	Secs	Ideally, this value should be low.
Max_time	Indicates the maximum time taken by the tasks in this organization to complete execution.	Secs
No_of_outstandings	Indicates the number of outstanding tasks in this organization during this measurement period.	Number	A large number of outstanding tasks could indicate a bottleneck. Use the detailed diagnosis of this measure to know which are the outstanding tasks.
