Assign remote agents

This page appears when one of the following is done:

  • If the Associate button in the REMOTE AGENT CONFIGURATION page is clicked, OR
  • If the Associate icon corresponding to a remote agent in the REMOTE AGENT CONFIGURATION page is clicked
Using this page, you can associate multiple hosts in the managed environment with a remote agent, at one shot. First, a remote agent should be selected from the Remote agent list box. Once the administrator selects the required agents, the hosts being managed by the current agent will appear in the HOSTS MANAGED list box. The other hosts will appear in the OTHER HOSTS list box. The ASSOCIATE button enables the administrator to add a host(s) to the existing list of hosts that are being targeted by the remote agent under consideration.

The Update button helps the administrator to register the changes made.
