Agents Upgrade - Upgrade now

To access this page, click on the icon available in the Admin tab. Then, select the Settings option from the Upgrade sub-menu in the Agents tile. To upgrade a selected agent(s) within the next 15 minutes, do the following:

• Select the Upgrade now tab in the AGENTS UPGRADE - SETTINGS page.

• Next, from the Auto Upgradeable Agents list, select the agent(s) that needs to be upgraded now.

• Then, click the < button to transfer the selection to the Agents To Upgrade Now list.

• To disable this capability later, select the agent(s) from the Agents To Upgrade Now list, click the > button, and transfer the selection back to the Auto Upgradeable Agents list.

• Finally, click on the Update button.
