Configuration of VnxFileSpaceTest For every file system residing in each data mover in a DME, this test reports the total storage capacity of the file system and how this capacity is utilized. In the process, the test proactively alerts administrators to a potential space-crunch, accurately points them to the exact file system that is running out of storage space, and also leads them to the correct location of the file system - i.e., it indicates which data mover contains that file system. This way, the test ensures that the file system is adequately sized and is continuously available for reading and writing. The default parameters associated with this test are as follow:
When changing the configuration for specific components, a “*” beside the text box corresponding to the parameter signifies that these values have to be manually configured by the user. The parameter values that require to be configured will typically be prefixed with a “$” or contain a series of “*”. A value of "none" in the parameter value indicates that the corresponding parameter value can be changed if required.
