Tests pertaining to the External Web Server.

This page depicts the list of tests associated with the External Web Server. They are:

• The HttpTest measures the state of a web server from an external perspective.

• The HttpPostTest presents an unbiased external perspective of the state of the web server. This test uses the POST command to submit its parameters.

• The NetworkTest monitors the network connectivity between a host and the eG manager.

The required tests can be selected by enabling the check boxes available beside the tests. The CONFIGURE DEFAULT button beside each test enables user to configure the default parameters pertaining to the test. The parameter values for the tests can be modified for specific servers using the CONFIGURE / COMPONENT button. The UPDATE button as always helps the users to register the changes made.
