Configuration of AwsConCloWaTest This test monitors the Amazon CloudWatch metrics dashboard and reports the number of concurrent active voice calls, calls missed by agents, throttled calls, concurrent call quota breach etc. Using this test, administrators can figure out the count of call recordings that failed to be uploaded to the configured Amazon S3 bucket as well as the packet loss experienced during calls. By analyzing these metrics, administrators can detect anomalous behavior in the target Amazon Connect instance, set alarms, visualize logs and metrics side by side, take automated actions, troubleshoot issues, and discover insights to keep the Amazon Connect contact center instance running smoothly. This page depicts the default parameters that need to be configured for the AwsConCloWaTest.
When changing the configuration for specific servers, a “*” beside the text box corresponding to the parameter signifies that these values have to be manually configured by the user. The parameter values that require to be configured will typically be prefixed with a “$” or contain a series of “*”. A value of “none” in the parameter value indicates that the corresponding parameter value can be changed if required.
