List of SAML Identity Providers

SAML is an open standard that allows identity providers (IdP) to pass authorization credentials to service providers (SP). Use this page to configure one/more Identity Providers in eG Enterprise if you have configured SAML as the Authentication Provider for login into eG Enterprise in the GENERAL SETTINGS page. To access this page, click the SAML Identify Provider option in the User management tile that appears when you click click on the icon available in the Admin tab.

By default, this page lists all the Identity Providers that pre-exists in eG Enterprise.

To configure a new IdP, click the Configure SAML IdP button. To know how to configure a new IdP, click here.

To configure eG Enterprise as a SP in the IdP, you need to determine the values of the SAML Single Logout URL and ACS URL Validator. To determine this, you can click the View Metadata button. The SERVICE PROVIDER METADATA message box that then pops up clearly displays the ACS URL and Logout URL of eG Enterprise.

To delete a SAML IdP, click the icon against the IdP.

To delete all the SAML IdPs, select the check box preceding the SAML IDP NAME column and click the Delete All SAML IdPs button.
