The BlackBerry® Messaging Agent connects to an organization's messaging server and provides messaging services, calendar management, address lookups, attachment viewing, attachment downloading, and encryption key generation. This test monitors the activities of the BlackBerry Messaging Agent on each mail server in the target environment, and reports how quickly it performs the operations.

A low value indicates that the messaging agent is able to process user requests to this mail server, rather quickly. A high value or a value that steadily increases could indicate a sudden/gradual deterioration in responsiveness. This would require further investigation.

Indicates the number of times the BlackBerry messaging agent failed currently to connect to this mail server.

A low value is desired for this measure. A high value indicates persistent issues in connectivity. This could be owing to a poor network connection or improper configuration.
