Changing
the profile of the egsm User
The User Profile page depicts
how the password for the egsm user can be modified. This page is
reached via the Profile option at the right top corner of the eG SuperManager interface.

The ID of the egsm user will appear in the User ID box. The default user to the eG SuperManager is egsm. This user has unrestricted rights to the SuperManager, and can view alarms/status information pertaining to all the individual managers that are being managed by the eG SuperManager. To modify the password of the user, specify the Old Password first.
- Then, enter the new password of the user in the New Password
text box. Also, retype the password in the Confirm Password text box
for confirmation.
Clicking on the CHANGE button will
incorporate this change and the CLEAR button will enable the user
to clear the entries.
