Measures reported by CUCMSysInfoTest When the Cisco Unified Call manager system is down or not responding, then the IP phones and/or gateways registered with the Call manager loses the registration. Due to this the user experiences a delayed/no dialer tone. Therefore, it is very essential to monitor the status of the system to prevent such serious service issues. CUCMSysInfoTest helps administrators in this regard. This test tracks the current status of the Call manager System and reports whether the system is up and running.
