This test measures the CPU utilization of the device over three time intervals, 10 seconds, 1 minute, and 10 minutes. If the device is found to consume CPU resources excessively, then, this test will help administrators to determine when exactly did the CPU utilization peak - during the last 10 sec? or 1 minute? or 10 minutes? This revelation helps administrators troubleshoot the CPU spikes better.
