This test auto-discovers the log files of an SAProuter to which the activities of the router and its connections are logged. The test scans each log file for entries matching configured error patterns such as, connection setup errors, other errors, total errors and alerts administrators whenever such entries are found in the log files. The detailed diagnosis of this tests also reports the count and details of general information, warning, and error messages of any type that has been configured for monitoring.

Outputs of the test : One set of results for each logfile configured on the SAProuter being monitored.

maxClient	Indicates the number of times “maximum client limit reached” message was logged into this logfile during the last measurement period.	Number	This error occurs when SAProuter cannot accept any further clients because the maximum number has been reached.
invalData	Indicates the number of times “invalid data received by router” message was logged into this logfile during the last measurement period.	Number	The client program sends incorrect data to the SAProuter. routInfoReceivalTime	Indicates the number of times “route information receival timeout” message was logged into this logfile during the last measurement period.	Number	The connection setup (connect) was successful but the client sends the route to the SAProuter too late, or the client assumes that it is already connected to the server and is waiting for data, or the timeout -W is exceeded.
