Building/Editing the Widgets of a Report Template This page appears soon after you click the Add Widget button in the Config Report Template(<name of template >) pop-up window. This page will also appear when you click the Modify icon from the eG Custom Reports page that appears when you navigate through the menu sequence: Reporter -> Custom Reports. By default, this page lists the name of the report template that you have created in the left top corner. The widgets that you have previously added to the report template will also be listed in this page. To add a new widget of your choice, click the Add More widget icon(‘Plus’ icon) available next to the name of the template. If you have navigated to this page by clicking the Modify icon against a report template from the eG Custom Reports page, an additional Clicking the You can even edit a widget that has been previously added to the report template. To edit the widget, do the following:
Clicking the Back button will lead you to the eG Custom Reports page. Clicking the FINISH TEMPLATE button in this page will create a new report template in case you are creating a new template or clicking the UPDATE TEMPLATE button will modify the template according to your requirements. Upon clicking this button, the EG CUSTOM REPORT pop up window will appear with a message stating that the report template was created/updated successfully. Click Yes in the EG CUSTOM REPORT pop up window if you wish to generate the report based on the created/updated report template. To know how to configure the criteria for generating the report, click here. Clicking the No button will lead you to the eG Custom Reports page. Clicking the CANCEL button will abort your report template creation if you are creating a new report template. If you are modifying an existing report template, then, clicking this button will not apply the changes that you have made to the widgets. |
