Measures reported by CASCertConnTest

This test reports the count of active connections that are requesting certificates from the target Microsoft Certificate Authority Server. Using this test, administrators can identify the load pattern on the Microsoft Certificate Authority Server and can ascertain if the active connections are legitimate.

Outputs of the test: One set of results each for the Microsoft Certificate Authority Server that is being monitored.
