Measures reported by AsSysGtBepErrLgTest

Errors when left unnoticed will adversely affect the functioning of the SAP ABAP System. If errors are noticed in the SAP Business Suite backend system, the Error Log in the backend system should be checked. Frequent checks for errors in the Error Log will help administrators in maintaning the health of the SAP ABAP System. The AsSysGtBepErrLgTest test helps administrators determine the errors as soon as it is logged in the error log.

By reading each error log available for each SAP component, this test reports the errors noticed and the rate at which errors occurred. The detailed diagnosis of this test reports when exactly the error occurred and the reason behind such errors.

Outputs of the test : One set of results for each SAP Component:error log associated with the target SAP ABAP System being monitored.

The measures made by this test are as follows:

For each error detected, the detailed diagnosis of this measure lists the SAPCLIENT, OPID, USERNAME, ERROR_TEXT, ERROR_COMPONENT, ERROR_PACKAGE, SOURCE_PROGRAM, SOURCE_INCLUDE, SOURCE_LINE, TIMESTAMP, REMOTE_ADDRESS, REQUEST_URI, DESTINATION, HTTP_STATUS, SERVICE_VERSION, TRANSACTION_ID, ICF_NODE, REQUEST_ID, LOG_LEVEL, LOCATION and CALLSTACK.
