Measures reported by CtxFarmConnTest
This test, which is executed on a Citrix MetaFrame farm server, tracks the
connectivity of the different servers in the farm with the central farm
server.
Every time the test executes, it sends ICA packets to a MetaFrame server
and measures the server availability and response time.

in the average response time indicates slow-down of the server and
potential issues in handling user requests by the server.

is the maximum of response times based on replies returned by the
server.
