eG Reporter - Schedules

This page appears when the SCHEDULES option in the eG Reporter menu is clicked, and lists the schedules that have been added to the eG system. Clicking on a SCHEDULE NAME will result in the automatic display of the SAVE SCHEDULES page, which displays the details of the chosen schedule and allows you to make changes to the same.

In the SCHEDULES page, if the number of existing schedules crosses 15, then the schedules list will be split across pages. Also, a Page text box will be available at the bottom of every page. To go to a particular page, specify the page number in the text box and click on the adjoining arrow button. Page navigation can also be performed using the arrow buttons available at the bottom of every page. The purpose of each arrow button is explained below:

Click to go to the next page.


The Search text box helps you to easily search for the schedule if there are too many schedules listed in your environment. To search for the schedule of your choice, specify the whole/part of the schedule that you wish to search for in this text box and click the icon next to it. The schedule will automatically be listed in this page.

To delete a particular schedule listed in the SCHEDULES page, select the check box corresponding to the schedule to be deleted, and click the Delete button at the top of the page. Selecting the check box against the SCHEDULE NAME label will mark all the schedules listed in that page for deletion. Clicking the Delete button later will delete all the schedules in that page.
