Measures reported by PepPrsLogTest

If the PeopleSoft Process Scheduler is unable to process queued requests, administrators typically check the SCHDLR_<MMDD>.LOG to know what is blocking request processing. This log file captures errors/warnings that could be causing requests to fail, and thus helps administrators troubleshoot easily. Using the PepPrsLogTest, administrators can quickly search the SCHDLR*.LOG files for specific patterns of error/warning messages, rapid detect issues, and swiftly isolate what is causing these issues.
