Measures reported by CpsLBVlanSubTest

This test monitors the current subnet state of each VLAN in the Coyote Load Balancer.

The measures made by this test are as follows:

By default, this measure reports the Measure Value discussed above to indicate the current subnet state of a VLAN. In the graph of this measure however, states are represented using the numeric equivalents only.
