The Citrix Self service plugin is used to customize the applications that are frequently used by the users in the Citrix Receiver dashboard, once the users are authenticated on the Citrix Storefront. This test reports the rate at which the users are authenticated to access the controller while accessing the applications through the Citrix Self service plugin and the time taken for authenticating the users to access the controller.

The measures made by this test are as follows:
