Personal Favorites

This page appears when the View Favorites option is clicked from the Favorites tile of the eG Reporter interface. Key executive and operation reports generated by the eG system can be saved for future reference, by adding the report as a FAVORITE. This page provides the complete list of favorites. Clicking on a FAVORITE NAME in this page will automatically open the report page, wherein you can view the reports that fulfill the conditions contained within.

If other users have shared their favorites with you, then details of those favorites will be listed separately in the Favorites Shared by other Users section. This section provides the name of the shared favorite. Against every FAVORITE NAME, it displays the user who originally created the favorite and shared it with the current user in the SHARED BY column. The report type of the favorite is listed in the REPORT TYPE along with the time at which the favorite was created in the CREATION TIME . To hide the unnecessary shared favorites select the favorite you want to hide by providing a checkmark in the corresponding check boxes. Then click on Hide Selected Favorites. Doing so ensures that the chosen favorite as hidden. In the FAVORITES page, if the number of existing favorites crosses 15, then the list of favorites will be split across pages. Also, a Page text box will be available at the bottom of every page. To go to a particular page, specify the page number in the text box and click on the adjoining button. Page navigation can also be performed using the arrow buttons available at the bottom of every page. The purpose of each arrow button is explained below:


Click to go to the first page.
Click to go to the previous page.
Click to go to the last page.
Click to go to the next page.


To delete a particular favorite listed in the PERSONAL FAVORITES page, select the check box corresponding to the favorite to be deleted, and click the Delete button at the top of the page. Selecting the check box against the FAVORITE NAME label will mark all the favorites listed in that page for deletion. Clicking the Delete button later will delete all the favorites in that page.
