This measure reports the Measure Values listed in the table above to indicate whether this port is currently up. However, the graph of this measure will be represented using only the Numeric Values listed in the above table.
Input_Util Indicates the input utilization by the port. %  
Output_util Indicates the percentage of I/O used up by this port. % Ideally, this value should be low. A high value is indicative of excessive I/O activity on the port. Comparing the value of this measure across ports will enable administrators accurately identify that port on which I/O activity peaks.
