Default Parameters for CtxXcXDLicenseTest

This test scans the application event log of the delivery controller for specific critical, error, warning, and information events pertaining to license usage, and reports the count of events captured recently. E.g., for a server xyz:80, $hostName will be changed automatically by the eG manager to "xyz" and $port will be changed to "80" when configuring a test.
