List of Performance Rating tests

The PERFORMANCE RATING TESTS page appears when you choose the Add/Modify Tests option of the Performance Rating sub-menu in the Agents tile.

This page lists the Performance Rating tests that are pre-configured and bundled with the eG Enterprise suite, as well as the Performance Rating tests that are newly added by you. In addition, this page also provides you options for viewing, modifying and deleting the Performance Rating tests.

Note:

• You cannot modify a pre-configured Performance Rating test. Instead, you will be allowed to view the configuration of the per-configured test by clicking the icon against each pre-configured test.

• You cannot delete a pre-configured Performance Rating test.

If you wish to modify the Performance Rating tests that are newly added, you can do so by clicking on the icon against a test to make changes to it, or delete a test by clicking on the icon corresponding to it. If you wish to view the component types to which a pre-configured test is associated with, then click the icon against a chosen Performance Rating test. For adding a new Performance Rating test, click on the Add New Performance Rating Test button in this page.
