Locked Accounts
To access this page, click on the icon available in the Admin tab. Then, select the Locked Accounts option in the User Management tile. This page allows the administrator to unlock the locked accounts. The locked accounts data will be captured only if the Enable accounts lockout? option is set to Yes in the Accounts Lockout section of the Manager Settings page.
The locked user accounts will be listed in the page. The user can login as administrator and view the locked accounts, the administrator can unlock the locked account by clicking on the Unlock icon. To unlock multiple accounts at the same time, select the checkbox near the account and then click on the Unlock Selected icon.
