Configuration of ADAddBookDetTest Using this test, you can determine the number of Address Book clients currently connected to the AD database and the rate at which search operations are performed by each AD server. In the event that the AD database gets inundated with search queries, you can use this test to figure out whether or not the Address Book clients are contributing to the query load. This test applies only to Active Directory Servers installed on Windows 2008.
The default parameters associated with this test are:
When changing the configuration for specific servers, a “*” beside the text box corresponding to the parameter signifies that these values have to be manually configured by the user. The parameter values that require to be configured will typically be prefixed with a “$” or contain a series of “*”. A value of "none" in the parameter value indicates that the corresponding parameter value can be changed if required.
