Configuration of UspLdevDetailsTest
To identify the Ldev Details information. If the monitor data shows overall high logical volume usage, you should consider installing additional hardware (e.g., HDDs, disk adapters, cache). If the monitor data shows the imbalance usage of the volume, you can use Volume Migration to migrate high-usage volumes to higher HDD classes and/or to lower-usage parity groups. This test is used to identify the I/O activity, and overall health of the Ldev Details. The default parameters associated with this test are as follows:
When changing the configuration for specific servers, a “*” beside the text box corresponding to the parameter signifies that these values have to be manually configured by the user. The parameter values that require to be configured will typically be prefixed with a “$” or contain a series of “*”.
