Configuration of MySQLCltStsTest This test reports the count of nodes in the target MySQL database cluster and indicates the number and names of those nodes that are currently available. This way, the nodes that are unresponsive/unreachable can be identified. The test also reports the nodes that are in recovering state. Using this test, administrators can figure out if only very few nodes in the cluster are available to service the client requests to the cluster. This signals a potential overload. The default parameters associated with this test are:
When changing the configuration for specific servers, a “*” beside the text box corresponding to the parameter signifies that these values have to be manually configured by the user. The parameter values that require to be configured will typically be prefixed with a “$” or contain a series of “*”. A value of “none” in the parameter value indicates that the corresponding parameter value can be changed if required. |
