Default Parameters for HrznGtwySessTest The HrznGtwySessTest test tracks user sessions to the gateway appliance and discovers the count of different type of sessions handled by the appliance, in terms of the protocol used - eg., PCoIP sessions, RDP sessions, Blast sessions etc. The test also reports the sessions that were terminated and those sessions that failed. In addition, this test also reveals the unique users and unique clients who have initiated the sessions through the gateway appliance. The detailed diagnostics of this test reveals indepth insights into the sessions initiated by the user. With the help of this test, administrators can quickly determine which type of sessions were frequently initiated by the users - is it the PCoIP sessions? or Blast session? or RDP session? or Desktop sessions? or Application sessions?. This page depicts the default parameters that need to be configured for HrznGtwySessTest.
When changing default configurations of tests, the values with “$” indicate variables that will be replaced by the eG system according to the specific server being managed - for instance, $hostName is the host/nickname of the target host, $port is the port number of the server being monitored. E.g., for a server xyz:80, $hostName will be changed automatically by the eG manager to “xyz*” and $port will be changed to “80” when configuring a test. |
